Bio: Dr. Kelsey McKee holds a doctorate in Human Development from the University of Maryland, with certificates in Measurement, Evaluation & Statistics and Population Studies. Kelsey has experience in parenting and early child development, child welfare, education, data management and analysis, and program evaluation.
