About:
Neha Joshi is a former research assistant and graduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her interests include neural encoding of attention in the mammalian auditory cortex in a cocktail party scenario. Research uses the ferret as an animal model to study the effect of attention through behavior and cortical neurophysiology in the auditory cortex at a single cell and multi-unit level.
