About:
I am primarily interested in the role of the input for children's language development. I focus mainly on how the quantity and various qualities of parent speech influence children's vocabulary development. I have recently begun examining the cognitive skills (i.e., processing efficiency) that children bring to the table that might aid in their use of the input.
