About: 

I’m the Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator for Infant and Child Studies, a group of researchers at UMD studying child development through mutliple lenses of cognitive science. It’s research close to my heart, as I spent three great years as an undergraduate research assistant in the ICS affiliated Project on Children’s Language Learning.

We rely on participation of local families in all of our studies. My job is to get the word out in the community about our research, and talk to parents and kids about signing up. Hopefully, I can get families excited about the research being done in their college town, and help our researchers publish better results.
