Research in language science can be limited by convenience
Abstract: The notion that there is much to be gained from including individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) backgrounds in research is far from new. However, there remains some uncertainty as to how to effectively recruit CLD participants. This seminar will focus on the successes and challenges of designing a study focused on dialect variation in school-age children.
